Returns

Northern Standard will only accept returns on un-used product in original condition. Northern Standard reservces the right to determine what is re-saleable and in acceptable condition to be returned for a refund or exchange. Email us with the details of the return you wish to do, to have your item authorized for return before shipping it to us.

Northern Standard can only issue money-back refunds through paypal as this is currently our only accepted form of payment. 

Exchanged orders will be subject to reshipping charges.

Shipping charges are non-refundable for all orders.

There is a 10% cancellation fee charged on all canceled orders, whether shipped or not, to cover the cost of the initial processing of the order.

If a shipment is refused at the correct shipping address, there will be no refund on shipping and receiving costs.

If a return is authorized, please send your item, the original invoice and a written note detailing the reason for the return, including whether you want a refund or exchange, your email address and telephone number (so we can contact you if we need any further info), and any other details you think we should have regarding your claim, to the following address:
